Three stages - screening, hiring manager interview, panel interview with presentation. Progression was very quick and I was kept informed and up to date with next steps and information. Offer was made very soon after final interview.

Met with CEO, Heads of and Project Managers in house. I felt at ease and enjoyed meeting all of the above. I instantly knew that I would fit in well with MP culture and made that known straight away.
