Interview
Very long and difficult between phone, onsite (8 hours) and additional 3rd party review which was 2 hours. Prior experience should have told me to avoid. Should have listened to my references when they said about the process and the reference that this did not seem like a good fit.

Question 1
Everything was discussed. However in retrospect the job offer of Director was not what the company actually needed since more of a junior level role being required to fit the day to day operations but they wanted a director level to meet there auditors requirements.
