Interview process had 3 rounds including a task assessment, and all interactions during the interviews seemed positive. However, the post-interview experience was extremely disappointing. After investing significant time and effort over more than a month, the company completely stopped responding. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails (10+ over the course of a month) to simply understand the outcome, there was total silence from both HR and the technical team. I completely understand if a company decides to move forward with another candidate, but basic communication and closure should be part of a professional hiring process. Ghosting candidates after several interview rounds and assessments reflects poorly on the overall candidate experience.
