No, not yet and I called the number they gave as well which is a voicemail that says they will call back in 24 hours which they haven't done either. Less

I was a dive master and when I was asked that question I described when I had to do in water rescue into a diver back to the boat. I also described in another situation and where a customer wanted a tuna fish sandwich and we do carry tunafish I asked my general manager if I could have somebody watch my station while I went to the store. you have years of experience as a manager and have no high stress / pressure situations??? An employee never showed up to work so you had to quickly come up with a backup plan? You never came close to missing business needs and needed to switch plans to bring up revenue? Sorry I've barely been a manager at Amazon for a year and a half and I have a ton of examples. Maybe it was the STAR method that didn't give you the cut. Amazon uses the same or very similar questions so it's easier for us. STAR is so important Less
