      Interview

Short and sweet. Applied and got a phone interview the next day which took about one hour total. Lots of good information on the role itself and what to expect. Explained the role was to begin asap but could not give me an actual date of when that would be. Phone call was followed by a second interview over skype with one person from upper management and one team lead. They gave me a 'project' to prepare over the weekend which entailed theee very standard questions that any company should be asking potential candidates. Told me I could answer in any way I like, with or without the use of a visual. I decided to present orally, considering the questions were pretty upfront, simple and obvious. The interviewers stopped me mid-way, telling me it came across that It seemed I didnt put any effort into my 'project' as I did not "send them anything". My issue with their approach is non-transparency. It felt like a test and it definitely was - and one that I failed. My responses were definitely good - with tangible examples in every case. Not into working for a co. That plays games from the get go. Put a ton of work into my "project" to have them put me down for it...leads me to question if foodora has supportive/collaborative environment for employees..
