The interview process was very straightforward. You do a group interview where you are assessed on how you interact and talk to the other interviewees. And then, if you pass the group interview, you go onto an individual interview where they assess your knowledge of the Airline and overall knowledge of the aviation industry and the piloting career. I will not go into more detail not to spoil it for anyone who is about to do the interview. Overall it was a great process and the interviewers were very kind/helpful.

Question 1
Who are easyjet’s main competitors in the UK and Europe?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at easyJet
Interview
Standard group exercise, not too challenging but depends on calibre of other candidates, PILAPT test was as expected, gets harder the better you do, so always seems that you underachieve and an Individual Interview which was very friendly and relaxed. Quite enjoyable as interviews go.
