I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at easyJet (Paris) in Sept 2017
Interview
I applied online then received an email notifying they have looked at my application and should wait for the next step. Then I received an email concerning 3 online test. I passed and received a notification that they will review my entire application. It took about 4 weeks until I received the Assessment Day invitation.
My situation was different. I am not European but I have a visa stating that I can work in Europe. During AD, I handed in my Non-European passport and they accepted it. I did the height test. I passed everything (the group activities) until they told me that they cannot accept my application because I don't have a European passport. So, I had to pack my bags and leave. The interview was over for me. They should've told me from the start that I cannot apply. It was my fault too, I didn't read the job post properly.
The recruitment process involves several stages, starting with online tests designed to assess your skills, such as logical thinking. Successful candidates are then invited to in-person group exercises, where you work in small teams to solve tasks. The final stage is a one-on-one interview featuring competency-based questions, providing an opportunity to highlight your relevant skills and experience. Overall, the process is well-organised and offers a fair chance to demonstrate your suitability for the role.
