First there was an application. There was an initial call with hr in which majorly behavioral questions were asked. Then there was a design assessment. And lastly, a final call with hr which majorly outlined terms of employment.

Prior to the physical interview, I took an MBTI and Disc test. At the physical interview, you'd take some form of IQ and English tests before having an Interview with HR.
