I met with a recruiter to go over benefits and have an initial discussion about the role. During this call she explained how the rest of the interview process would go. She even told me when my potential start date would be and how she would really push my application to her upper management, both of which gave me reassurance. Following the interview, I received a job offer from another company, I let the recruiter at eClinical know, and she, again, reassured me that the interview process would be quick, only taking two weeks max.
I was then ghosted for a week, and only after my external recruiter got into contact with eClinical, did they send me a rejection email. Very disappointed with how little transparency they had during the interview process.
Also, I find the use of an IQ test during an interview process pretty disturbing.
