I had a really bad experience with Eclerx today. The interviewer didn’t seem engaged at all — she wasn’t paying attention to my answers, didn’t ask any cross-questions, and it felt like she was just reading from a list. She didn’t greet me properly, didn’t ask if I had any questions, and there was no feedback at the end. The whole process felt unprofessional, almost like they weren’t really assessing me but just going through the motions because they didn’t want to cancel the interview.
