Excellent communication skills is mandatory (Written/ oral)
Experience on project managing a web-based development project and / or a complete cycle of SDLC projects using java technologies Should be familiar with one of the software deployment life cycle, XML and HTML concepts Have been overseeing a project having more than 4 team members
Instead was asked Java and C++ questions...then what is the point of sharing the JD?

Easily applicable and rounds are not that hard . 1st Hr is normal and second is ops which asks your past experience in kyc. You can easily apply for the role with atleast 3-5 years of experience into investment banking field or any financial services background.
