they have a online assessment which have maths reasoning english questions, followed by a Group discussion and then by a Personal Interview.

for an entry-level job in the finance field, the interview process was far too sluggish, they asked us to speak in English for 5 mins, and during the whole interview process I was asked only 1 question related to the field.. others were only about my family, conditions, etc.
