I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at e-VERIFILE (North Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2009
Interview
I heard about an opening through a mutual friend. I applied and was readily given an interview. Once it was set up, the interview process was unstructured and took a couple of hours longer than necessary. They would ask me questions and then zone out when I would answer. I was told that the family that owned the company liked me, but my direct manager liked another applicant. This prompted a test. I had to take materials home about the company and then come back for a test, which I aced.

Question 1
A test about the history and scope of the company's services.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at e-VERIFILE (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2008
Interview
The hiring interview process was mediocre in comparison to other small to mid-size organization. The person conducting the interview, although very informed about the company (because it was owned by the family), was not well-versed in the area interviews. There was no true direction to the interview, and I led most of the discussion. The interviewer actually disclosed information that was very inappropriate and unprofessional. I charged this to the fact that this was a young individual operating in a capacity that they were not experienced enough to operate.
