e-Spirit AG interview questions

I applied this position on LinkedIn and received a positive message from their CMO saying that he is impressed by my CV and would like to have a phone interview with me. However, after waiting for 4 days, all I got is a standard rejection Email. If a company is treating a candidate like this, I do not think that they will treat their employees better.
