A very simple process. First I expressed my interest by submitting an online application, shortly after I was contacted by a HR representative, all phone calls were organised predominantly via email. Following a 20/30 minute conversation with a few interview questions I was directed to a webinar with Nigel Green CEO, this then led into a follow up call. From there I was told I would be put forward for a face to face interview and generally it was going pretty well, so I though. Over 2 weeks have passed and I haven't heard anything since, despite being told on the phone that I'd have another call the next day to confirming details. If I've been unsuccessful I would have at least liked an email to say so, instead of telling me to prepare for a face to face interview then never hearing from them again.
