First round is the phone interview and the second one os the group discussion. This round does not really help candidates to demonstrate their full potential. Staff are friendly on the day but it is different when you contact them later.

Fun and interactive interview process thats very engaging. It is a group interview but usually a fairly small group. The people leading it were very friendly and down to earth.
