Contacted through recruiter. Called in for two, separate four hour interviews. Messed up on take home project given after first round which lead to "kiss of death"in second round. Lead on after second round, but knew opportunity was lost. Honestly seems like a fun bunch but clearly understaffed during timeframe of interview (Aug 12). Their looking for people with personal AND technical skill. Be specific in what areas you interested/talented at.
