For the interview process you take a tour of the work area. You see the different machines used and some of the operating procedures of those machines. You also sit with a mentor or trainer for the position and actually see the job performed. After the tour and time with a mentor you sit with two managers or supervisors for this area and go through a interview. This interview consisted of work situations. That included how you feel about the position after seeing it. You are also asked about unpleasant situations at work and how you would handle them. They also asked what you know about the company and your expectations of the job and the company.
