I was contacted by HR and had a brief phone interview and invited for an in person interview. I wasn't given clear instructions on how to get to the main building. Seeing that I live in Boston and public transportation is my form of transportation, it would of been nice to have detail instructions.
I met with the manager and director. Both were very knowledgeable and asked very simple questions: "why do you want to work in this company" or "tell me about yourself." I was very interested in the company but as I recall, they only talked about themselves the entire interview and kept promoting the company. I barely had a chance to talk about myself or my experience, let alone they didn't seem to be interested in me. After the interview I thought I had made a good impression, but I guess was wrong since I never heard back from the recruiting coordinator despite emailing and calling her (which I thought was rather rude). It somewhat upset me because they didn't give me a chance to talk and get to know me but instead, kept promoting themselves and athenahealth.
In the end I didn't want the job anyways--it would be too difficult of a commute.
