The interview process began with an initial screening phone call during which we briefly discussed my background, the role, and the companyâs expectations. The conversation went well, and I was informed that they would follow up regarding next steps. However, after the screening call, I did not receive any additional communication or updates from the company, and ultimately I never heard back from them
