📢 My recent interview experience (for awareness) I wanted to share my recent experience with Athenahealth so other candidates know what to expect during the process. I went through three rounds of interviews (two on September 27 and one on September 29). I followed up politely afterward to know the result or next steps. However, despite multiple follow-ups, there was no communication or feedback from HR. After about two weeks, the application status simply changed to “No longer under consideration.” I completely understand that not every interview leads to an offer. What’s disappointing is the lack of basic closure after investing so much time and preparation. A simple update or feedback note would have gone a long way. I’m sharing this so that other candidates can set realistic expectations and so that companies are reminded how important transparent, timely communication is in the hiring process. Let’s build a hiring culture where both sides respect each other’s time and effort.
