I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at aifleet (Austin, TX) in May 2022
Interview
Met with recruiter, then got a meeting with head of people. Met with this executive, had a good interview, but company suddenly realized that they needed to hire a senior level person before they hired these positions. This was not expressed during the process.

Interview
1st step was meeting with the recruiter. He was very informative and gave me a ton of info on the company. I was impressed and was excited considering I had a good amount of similar experience.
2nd step was meeting with the hiring manager. This process got a little odd. The manager showed up almost 10 minutes late to the scheduled time. I sent her an email about 5 minutes after the scheduled time, then she showed up. She claimed an email was sent to me about her being late but checked my inbox and junk, nothing was there. During the interview, she seemed a little disconnected. Almost immediately was looking at a different screen and didn't seem interested. She did look a bit stressed and commented about the applicant tracking system atleast 3 times during our interview. I get this is a start up so must be the growing pains. I was thankful for the time given and the original recruiter who was great! Wish nothing but the best to anyone applying!

Can you tell me a time you handled a situation where you didn't have all the correct info?
Can you tell me about a time where you dealt with a difficult employee?
Easy going and mostly behavioral, enjoyed meeting everyone. 3 interviews, last one was with the ceo. Highly recommend, the vision of the company seems amazing too. All virtual interviews and position is not remote.
