Very basic, minimal questions. Situational based questions on customer service and how to hit sales targets. Asked questions about sport and exercise background, and my own personal experience when shopping

Tell me about how you would increase your UPT (Units Per Transaction)?
I Went through two interviews once I was hired, I had to do a background check. And then I had to wait to get into the system. The process took 2/3 weeks.
The interview process for sales associate at Adidas was brief. The hiring manager interviewed us as a group of 3 outside the mall. We learned whether we would be moving forward the following day.
Sit down with employer and go over resume and explain your skills. Explain why you chose this job and why you would be a good fit. Was not a very hard interview process.
