Applied online, was contacted on the 3rd day for some additional information and was scheduled for an interview the next weekday.
Very casual attire requirement, which i find quite cool. and the "Nike is a big no no" part was pretty funny.
Hiring managers were very friendly and approachable. It was a group interview with people from all over the world. talking about ourselves, roleplaying etc etc.
Took 4 hours but never felt bored or long. generally a very pleasant experience.

The interview process for sales associate at Adidas was brief. The hiring manager interviewed us as a group of 3 outside the mall. We learned whether we would be moving forward the following day.
Sit down with employer and go over resume and explain your skills. Explain why you chose this job and why you would be a good fit. Was not a very hard interview process.
