The interview was online and pre-recorded. The question would flash up on the screen, you would have 30 seconds to think of what you want to say, and then your answer would be recorded.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at adidas
Interview
]First we had to submit a video interview telling them about myself, my motivation and why I think I am a good fit for the company. Second was a telephone interview on basic interview questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What are the company values? What are your weaknesses? Why should we pick you?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at adidas (Herzogenaurach)
Interview
The whole process takes rather long - applied in February, had an online interview (8 questions - mostly about the company and what they could improve, what I like about the brand and also about previous achievements and why I feel like a good fit for the role), then had to submit a solution for a business challenge. After 3 weeks I got invited to the assessment center.
AC - 3 tasks:
1. 45 minutes of mutual coaching in teams of 5 to prepare a 2 min speech each (about ourselves and our journey with the brand), that later had to be presented on the stage in the foyer of the global HQ.
2. Initially, 2 hours (later cut to 1.5 to create pressure) to come up with a new product for a freely chosen market in a freely chosen category. And then presentation of the results. Again, in a group of 5.
3. 20 min individual interview with 2-3 representants.
Overall, I was really happy with the process, but the feedback after the AC was a disappointment. I got a 2 min call, the feedback consisted of approx 3 sentences. I would have appretiated a more complex feedback.
