First interview was a screening with the recruiter, and I received a personality assessment the following day. We scheduled me to interview with three members of the Partner Support team, which lasted about an hour. The interview was pretty relaxing, and they asked a mix of questions about my personal goals, hobbies, etc. along with my experiences from my past jobs and how they are related to the Partner Support Specialist position. The end of the interview felt a little odd--it seemed to end abruptly and I was ushered to the elevators and told they would give me an answer within two weeks. I would have liked to see more of the office as I made 3+ hour commute to Milwaukee, but I figured maybe this was a sign that the team members were not interested in offering me the position. When I returned home the following day, I sent an e-mail to the recruiter thanking her and the team members for the interview opportunity and received what seemed like a generic ATS e-mail stating they were looking for other applicants.
