Gave introduction on role, asked background and assign case study. Case was take home and needed to be submit within 1 week. After that they took around 1 week to offer letter
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zweig Group (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2020
Interview
The interview process was enjoyable. HR is very friendly and responds to questions in a timely manner. I first completed a phone interview which was mostly behavioral questions and then completed a case study, which was more technical based. I was given a week to complete the case study. Lastly, I went in for an in-person interview which was also more behavioral. Overall, very enjoyable process!
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zweig Group (Fayetteville, AR) in Jan 2016
Interview
This was a great and rewarding interview process for me. I first interviewed for this position a year before I landed the job. At the time, another candidate was chosen and brought onto the team. About a year after the initial interview Zweig Group followed up with me about coming back in to discuss another role. There were was no formal second interview but a lunch meeting with the owners of the firm. We hit it off culturally and an offer was presented at the end of the lunch.
