Interview
I have a 30 minute video call with and HR rep asking me about my work experience and leadership experience. I had an hour video call with my potential boss where we just talked about what the position looks like and things I enjoy doing. We had a final 30 minute video call a few weeks later to follow up on any concerns I had about working for the company. 2 days later I recieved a call from the HR rep to offer me the job via phone.

Interview
It was a three step interview process. I applied online and got a call from recruiter. It was an hr long interview and he asked basic behavioral questions like tell me something about the time when you did something wrong and what would you have done differently. He also gave me few details about the training program. I reached out to him after 2 weeks for an update and after 1 week I got an email from hiring manager. 2nd step was interview with my hiring manager. This was also behavioral interview and she asked me about my hobbies, leadership skills etc. In the interview she asked me if I can for an in-person interview. 3rd step was in- person interview. It was more like a conversation and I met with the same hiring manager and my mentor. We had lunch and they answered all the questions I had about the role. The entire process took 2 months. I received offer letter after 4 days of my last interview.

Interview
Applied online and got a call from a recruiter about 2 weeks later. The interview with the recruiter was just a phone screen and then she passed my application/information to a hiring manager. She asked me questions about my education, why I was interested in this position, and which one of my accomplishments I was most proud of.
I had a phone interview with the hiring manager about a month later and that was a breeze! It was about a 30 minute phone call and it really felt more like a conversation than an interview. He asked me what my hobbies were, we talked about my interests in this field, favorite courses in college, he talked to me about nanotechnology which was pretty interesting. At the end of the conversation he asked if we could sit down face to face. About a week and a half later I got an email from the recruiter confirming the third interview (scheduled exactly two weeks after my second interview).
My third interview was with the same hiring manager and it wasn't really an interview, again it was more of a conversation and he answered questions I had came with about the position. He was very friendly and extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions thoroughly.
My third interview was on a Friday and I received my offer the following tuesday.
