First started with phone interview through recruitment agency which went well. However, the interviewer from agency did not disclose correct information regarding the interview process and lied about interview (group or individual etc) even after asking multiple of times. They ( Interviewer from Zurich) made it very clear at time of interview with what kind of people they were looking for without any interaction. Followed my no response to email, text or phone from recruitment agency. All together - very unprofessional

just some basic cv-based questions
mostly in cantonese but 1 to 2 questions asked in english

Group of Candidates - split into 2 groups:
1 group have their interviews first - with staff from the Claims department (usually 2 staff to 1 candidate)
1 group listen to a company presentation on Zurich
Both groups swap over
Both groups then complete a group activity whilst being watched by the interviewers and presenters - scenario is usually "you're on a raft in the Amazon and it is sinking. You are days away from civilisation - you have a list of 20 items on-board but can only salvage 8 items - what ones would you choose and why" etc. Present your findings/reasons to the room.
