Brief phone interview exploring previous work history and motivation for applying for Zurich, followed by a one on one interview with more behavioral questions and discussing future prospects and expectations aswell as well as time set alide to ask the interview questions

Phone interview a couple of days after online application and panel interview with manager, team leader and talent acquisition manager a week after the phone interview. It was a long interview a lot of question were asked, overall it wasn't a very hard interview the panel was very friendly. it took approximately one hour and there was also a role play.
