Referred to Zurich by a friend.
A face to face interview with the hiring manager.
Face to face interview with HR manager.
A background check because it is an APRA regulated company.
The process took weeks rather than months to complete.
The managers were quick to make an offer and to sort out the relevant paperwork.
The background check took the longest to complete and this was around 4 weeks.
The offer was conditional on a clean background check but the process was slow. They used an outsourced company.
The induction and onboarding process was very thorough and a great introduction to the company
