I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Zimmer Biomet (Singapore) in Nov 2020
Interview
One of the most enjoyable interview i ever attended. The employers want to get to know what kind of person i am. I think is one of the most important aspects, to getting to know about who you are hiring. Rather than pumped us with questions that can easily find in on the internet, the standard interview questions and answer. I think this shows alot on how much they cared to hire someone with the right character and not just with lots of experience.
