First round was to meet with the Engineering VP. Just chatting about how things are done at the company around development processes and practices.
Second round was a live coding interview, solving binary sort, some matrix task.
Third one was that they gave me an easy backend api related task and let me do it by myself for 30 min, then I had to present it.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zift Solutions (Cary, NC) in Apr 2024
Interview
The interview process itself was alright. The people were lovely. They didn't confirm many details about the job post, but rather just asked me about myself. In fact the interview seemed to go along a little too well. Eventually I did receive an offer. After accepting the offer, I immediately regretted it. The actual job was nothing like how it was described during the interview. Unfortunately I have not been having a positive experience ever since. The whole organization is a mess.

Question 1
They asked me about what I do for continuous self-improvement.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Zift Solutions
Interview
The process dragged on for two months as I spoke to nearly every person in the department. I was told they ended up going with someone with more experience in the industry (and was surprised it took nearly two months to arrive at that conclusion). Had I been aware of the timeline, there's no way I would have devoted this much time and effort.

Question 1
Pretty standard questions about my approach to marketing. Everyone I met was quite pleasant.
