Zarephath interview questions

Interview was very odd. Was invited to an in-person interview at their office that had minimal and confusing signage. Website is terrible and does not efficiently describe the company’s mission and goal (has a random tab for a deceased service dog?). They describe their business to be out of various homes through AZ where they provide respite care, but to whom and providing care in what capacity? Alarmed that they’ve been in business for over 10 years and have little to no social media presence, reviews, or brand identity. Their preferred recruiting method was to go to college campuses and strike up conversations with students in a door-to-door sort of fashion (not like a job fair). The entire conversation rang alarm bells. Can’t find anyone else reporting that they have worked for this company on LinkedIn other than HR and CEO.
