I applied in person and then I had a brief phone interview in which they locked in a time for a face to face interview. I did the interview with one other person. We were asked very standard questions about how we handled customer-service type problems.

Think of a task you had to perform in your previous job. How would you train an employee to do this task?
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.

It was a group interview and I started off introducing the person next to me then I had to do a few multiple choice questions then it was team work activities.
