I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Zara (London, England) in Jan 2015
Interview
Easy group interview. After what was one to one in the store. All really straight forward no time waste. I would say it wasn't really an interview just a meeting where you need to sell yourself to get the possition
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
