I applied online. I interviewed at Zara (Ottawa, ON)
Interview
Filled out an application first and then had a group interview with about 4 other people. The managers were extremely friendly. They asked probably 4 to 5 questions and then at the end asked if anyone had any questions. Highly suggest you ask a question because it shows that you are interested. Also, try answering all or at least most of the questions they ask. You don't have to but it's for your own advantage. I was offered the job the same day.
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

Question 1
if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
