I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Zara (Orlando, FL) in Apr 2016
Interview
At the time of my interview, Zara was doing open interviews. She asked me a few questions about my resume that I handed to her. At the time, I had my nose pierced and she asked me if I was okay with taking it out. (So heads up, you're not allowed to have piercings) The interview took about 10 minutes and it was outside of the store.
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

Question 1
if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
