Campus recruitment. One day with three back-to-back interview. One was personal fit and motivations, one was a structured case interview with a booklet with graphs/tables and written questions that you worked through in front of the interviewer, and one was an unstructured case interview done verbally with the interviewer.

Interview
It was pretty straightforward. Started with a recruiter phone screen, then proceeded to another basic case, then two more cases after that and an interview with one of the partners. They were all very kind.
The interview process consists of three rounds, each lasting 30 minutes or so. It includes a behavioral interview to assess fit and two case interviews to evaluate analytical and problem-solving skills.
