Everyone I met during the interview process was great! However I had to continually reach out about next steps. The interview was 4 parts with different team members and highly time consuming. I feel like if they're going to take such lengthy interviews and take so long scheduling the next steps, they should at least keep you apprised on the next steps. I was ultimately offered the position (months down the line...) which I denied because I didn't want to work for a company that doesn't value consistent communication.
