Don’t bother asking for an interview here. They don’t recognize talent. Applied for the above role and send a chaser email for more than 3 times yet receive no response.

Casual interview over the phone. Not at all formal in speech or questions. Very open-ended, generic questions from a seemingly new interviewer. Slightly late responses to emails and interview times. Overall average experience.
