The interview process was pretty simple. They wanted to know what you could bring to the table. I was interviewed by two people. They also asked questions about the role. Questions were pretty simple and to the point.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Youtily (San Diego, CA) in Dec 2016
Interview
We discussed goals, the role, and my background. It was very helpful since the COO even went out of his way to provide career and professional advice. I would definitely recommend interviewing with Youtily if you are given the chance :)

Interview
This was the worst interview experience I have ever had. I've never experienced such lack of interest in the candidate you are interviewing. The interview started 10-15 minutes late and even though it was supposed to be the "formal phone interview" after the initial screening the day before, the call lasted for about 10 minutes. The interviewer did not introduce himself (except for his first name), didn't share ANY details about the role or the company, didn't make any effort to get to know me or learn how my experience relates to the position I had applied for. He acted as though he didn't have the time to speak to me. Overall he just seemed very junior and inexperienced with interviewing.
