The initial interview was with the recruiter and they asked some very basic questions to see if you are qualified. You will also be given the opportunity to ask them clarifying questions to see if you want to continue. After that, there is a second interview with a manager that is very flexible (video chat interview allowed if you are a long distance away)

Submit application online, HR department will call you if your resume looks good and pre-screen you on the phone. Based on pre-screens, you will likely get passed to the local office doing the hiring and be called in for probably two rounds of interviews. Sometimes if they already plan to hire you on the 2nd or 3rd (yes really) time they call you in, they will do the paperwork and send you for a drug test but be READY for the drug test when you come in for "paperwork" because they will need you to go to the testing facility on the spot.
