I did a phone interview and after passing that, completed an assignment that took a couple of hours. After that, I did an in-person interview and was offered the position.

It was great! The people were so friendly that it didn't feel like an interview at all. I did my initial interview over Skype, so the whole thing was very casual and relaxed.
