Exceptional team spirit. Great, jung management! They are always willing to help and support the whole team and each person individually. Well organized onboarding process and development program, super equipped office, fully covered health insurance from day 1!
Inflexible working hours. The whole office starts at the same time, which is great for the team spirit, but can be a little annoying when you plan your day to day work and are trying to match your schedule to your customers needs and convenience.
Advice to Management
Keep up the effort regarding the team spirit: Playing well with others and the transparency.
Maybe put a little more trust in each individual employee. You train everybody so well, that there is absolutely no reason to micromanage! Relax, you are doing a great job as leaders already!!
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Yelp (Dublin, Co. Dublin) in October 2015.
Firstly the application stage -
Then there is a confirmation phone call and phone assesment for 20 minutes which goes through experience and ambitions and what not. (Standard)
On site face to face interview with 3 different people at different times.
Go througj cvs again and then a number of role play scenarios with each. Often they will go over the same roleplay again but give you feedback to see if you can impliment it and do what they asked.(key important to know) lasts roughly 90mins
Final stage -
Another chat on the phone and then offer on same call(20 minutes)
