Interview
The interview process consisted of two stages. The initial stage focused on assessing experience, motivations, coachability, and examples of past successes, including significant deals won.
The final stage involved a panel interview with the line manager and their superior. This included a 15-minute sales presentation, allowing candidates to showcase their skills, accomplishments, and motivations, followed by a comprehensive Q&A session, which also provided an opportunity for the candidate to ask questions.
Overall, the interviewers conducted the process professionally, ensuring candidates felt comfortable and supported throughout.

Interview
The interview process was very straight forward and easy, my recruiter filled out and submitted initial forms and I was then invited to a final remote interview. Ahead of the final interview I was given very clear instructions on what was expected of me. The interview itself was great, it didn't feel overly formal or daunting.
