I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Yahoo
Interview
Hiring manager was quick and the onsite interview was very good. But the HR part was very bad. HR made a lot of mistakes and kept going back and forth and prolonged the whole process
recruiter screening followed by hiring manager call, the initial screening is focused on understanding your background and basic questions like salary expectation and anticipated salary. The interview with manager is focused on resume deep dive.

Interview
I was interviewed for Data Engineer role in Sept 2022.
Initially recruiter Phone call which was generic about role information and gathering candidate info.
Next was technical 60 mins interview. First time interviewer did not show up and recruiter didn't inform me as well. Then they rescheduled. Asked few easy SQL questions related to clauses and joins. Then one medium leetcode with minor modification.
Interviewer seemed very uninterested. He didn't on the video and muted himself just typing questions on editor. I had to make efforts to even get a response from him.
