Phone screening with HR with general explaination about the position and the company and then a zoom 70 minuets interview with Director of product, many proffecsional questions about the ad-tech industry.

The recruiting process itself was fairly standard, but communication between interview rounds could have been more transparent. There were extended periods without follow-ups, which made the overall experience feel less clear at times.

How have you used data to influence your decisions?
It was a very straightforward interview process. I did a short phone screener with HR and then met with the hiring manager via Zoom. The questions were everything you'd expect - past experience, situational questions, etc.

Interview
First HR phone call ( around 1 hr), then hiring manager (anround 1 hr) and take home test plus a group interview. Will last for 1 month cos the salary process needs US approval.
