A hiring recruiter from Oath reached out to me on LinkedIn. I followed up a few days after to see how it was going. No answer. In fact another hiring recruiter was the one who reached out to me 3-4 weeks after about scheduling a phone screen interview. I did enjoy my phone screen interview however. The front end dev who was interviewing me was very kind, funny, and easy to talk to. It was if I was speaking to a friend. I thought I did fairly well. Unfortunately, I didn't make it to the on-site round.
