It consists of 1. aptitude (quants + tech) 2. GD 3. Technical 4. Manegerial 5. HR interviews are difficult to quality... I reached till HR ROUND and got disqualified since I reside in Mumbai and they wanted to re allocate me to Pune.. Being the only child in the family the HR wasn't pretty convinced that I am ready to shift to Pune... One of the worst reason to reject an eligible candidate...
